NAVIGATING FOR FAMILIES

Helping Families Navigate the Family Court System

Navigating For Families is a UK-based platform supporting parents and professionals through separation, co-parenting, and family breakdown.

Many parents start by asking, “how do I get access to my child?” or looking for help with child arrangements in the UK. Often, they need more than legal information they need clear guidance and early support before situations escalate.

We focus on early intervention and practical support. We work with councils, family hubs, and organisations to support families at every stage from early conflict through to navigating the family court process where needed, including Child Arrangements Orders and family court support in the UK.

Where court becomes necessary, we provide structured support through our 8-week programme, Navigating Family Court. It helps parents understand the legal system, apply for a Child Arrangements Order, and approach their situation in a way that prioritises their children.

Children often cope better with change when their routines remain consistent. Our free routine planning guide helps parents write down key parts of their child’s daily life, including school routines, activities, bedtime, and transitions between homes. By keeping routines as similar as possible, parents can help reduce stress and make transitions easier for their child.

Originally designed with children with additional or special requirements in mind, this planner can be used by any parent who wants to help maintain a stable and supportive routine for their child.

Download the free guide and start building a routine plan that supports your child’s wellbeing.
